Stefanie Dougherty is a plant-based cooking instructor and nutrition educator with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. She founded Green Sage to teach busy people to cook healthful, delicious plant-based meals at home. Her message is that healthy cooking with wholesome ingredients can be incredibly flavorful and surprisingly simple.
