    As a big “thank you” for supporting my business over the years, I would love for you and a guest to join me for my first annual cooking class with plant-based cooking instructor, Stefanie Dougherty.  You can attend in person, or virtually via Zoom (link will be sent upon RSVP).  This year we will be making banana blueberry pancakes, tofu scramble, and a sunshine smoothie.  Please join us for a morning full of great food and laughs.

    Chef Stefanie Dougherty

    Stefanie Dougherty is a plant-based cooking instructor and nutrition educator with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. She founded Green Sage to teach busy people to cook healthful, delicious plant-based meals at home. Her message is that healthy cooking with wholesome ingredients can be incredibly flavorful and surprisingly simple. Stefanie offers live Zoom cook-along classes, 1:1 mentoring, and a free recipe blog.
